The Herb Gatherer
Bathred is the clan herb gatherer and medicine master. Despite not being a troll he has lived amongst the them most of his life. Indeed he is far older than any troll now alive. Even the wisest and oldest trolls remember him being the clan's medicine master when they were mere youngsters.
If Bathred himself knows where he came from and what race he belongs to he does not say. In fact he rarely talks about much unless it's herbs. A troll in need of help will mostly get a grunt or wheeze from Bathred but he always knows which herb to give and his patients are quickly fit again.
He is a deeply respected member of the Clan, not just because of his medicine but also because he provides the best pipe weed. And trolls do love their pipes.
When not out gathering herbs Bathred can be found quietly smoking and enjoying the peace of the forest.
